How can I place a custom order for show numbers?
Please send an email to info@bywilton.com with the competition number you would like to apply crystal stones to, along with your preferred stone color and whether you would like them around the edge or full cover. You are also welcome to call us at 0045 49405081, and we will be happy to assist you with your desired design.
What is the estimated delivery time for my show numbers?
Scandinavia: approx. 1-5 business days.
Europe: approx. 2-6 business days.
USA: approx. 5-8 business days.
Rest of world: approx. 5-10 business days.
Should there be delays with the carrier, byWilton cannot be held liable.
Do you offer international shipping for show numbers?
byWilton Denmark offers worldwide shipping. All shipments abroad are sent by GLS or UPS. Freight charges will appear on the order confirmation before you pay.
What is your return or exchange policy for show numbers?
byWilton Denmark’s webshop offers a 14-day full return policy valid from the day you receive your goods. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as on receipt. The sign must not be damaged, scratched and all parts of the box must be intact, otherwise it will not be returned.
Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, to the credit card with which the item has been paid for. Remember to save your postal receipt as proof that the item has been sent. The cost of returning items must be paid by the buyer.
